A continuously high standard of quality is an essential requirement for professional co-operation. Before the delivery of finished products and during the process of manufacturing each item is put through various quality inspections. The results of each stage of quality control are documented. Our company holds the DIN EN ISO 9001 certificate. Therefore a back up of the quality control data can be supplied with each part.
During manufacturing our products are check by several measuring instruments, such as a Tesa-Hite hightfinder, digital extern micrometers and 3-point internal measuring instruments. Furthermore we keep all prevalent internal and extern measuring instruments, for example threaded rings and threaded abors for precision, inch, NTP and UNC threads. To ensure highest quality our staff, which is responsible for quality assurance is continuously trained. Our modern measuring chamber is equipped with the Mitutoyo measuring machine EURO-C-A574. With the aid of a 3D-coordinate inspection machine we make quality visible to you. Only checked and fully monitored goods are leaving our factory.
Due to permanent improvement we reached a remarkable standard of quality which is highly appreciated by our customers. In spite of a high variety of parts and a constantly changing array of products our current margin of error is below 0,4%.
In addition to the company's internal quality control we offer contract measurements, quality inspections for initial prototypes and contract programming.
